In my experience, people are seeking happiness and fulfillment. Fitness is a great conduit towards fulfillment as the fitter a person becomes the more everything else in life seems to fall into place. I know that improving your fitness significantly will improve your life significantly, and in ways that you may not predict. If you want to improve your entire life, becoming more fit is a great start. Working with an experienced coach can help you achieve better results faster. I believe that diet, lifestyle choices, and exercise must all be addressed to achieve the best outcomes. I wish to work with clients who are seeking a transformation.
