I believe that strength is the corner stone of any fitness program. Each person begins their fitness journey in a different place. Everyone responds to encouragement and motivation differently. I have a unique ability to understand where a person is and to formulate a plan that will leave them feeling accomplished. I believe that you attack every issue in manageable pieces. Not only is it too difficult to change three things at once, all of those things will most likely fail because one issue was not addressed at a time. I understand how difficult it is to make all of the pieces fit together. Whether you are just beginning your path to fitness or you need some specialized assistance with your lifting technique, I can help you meet your goals.
