Mobility Classes at CFWF
The ability to move is fundamental to any workout program and yet remains an often overlooked part of the fitness regimen. Our mobility classes will help you increase mobility and flexibility, enabling you to better reach your full potential in many of the lifts and WODs at the Box.
During this intense, hour long class, you will work on hip, shoulder, and back flexibility. You will stretch each muscle group to open up flexors, widen range of motion, and improve your overall posture, mobility and ease-of-motion.
