CrossFit Teen is a program designed to meet the needs of teen athletes who want to improve overall strength, flexibility, endurance, and mobility. CrossFit Teen athletes participate in the same WODs as our adult athletes, but are scaled to meet the age and level of each teen member. With a strong focus on form and technique, CrossFit Teen helps our young athletes understand the mechanics of lifts, movements, and exercises before heavy weights are introduced.
Whether your sport is running, soccer, football, hockey, lacrosse or anything else played on the court, field, diamond, rink or pitch, CrossFit Teen can help young athletes achieve more on the field and off.
CrossFit Teen classes are led by Head Coach Jeannie Barrow.
